I was diagnosed this morning. Feeling incredibly lost and upset but already determined to get on and not let this have too much of an impact on my life.
I am a female in my mid 20's and would really like to speak to others in a similar situation. Can anyone recommend any London support groups?

I'm sorry to hear that but admire your resolve not to let this affect your life. It's definitely the right attitude to adopt and more to that it's true: herpes doesn't have to affect your life.

You should definitely contact the herpes association. They are London based and have regular meetings for members. I'm in Scotland and unfortunately there is very little up here so you should defo take advantage. Px
