Could anyone tell me please, if you have been on anti-depressants for the best part of your life, can they cause renal failure?

Not that I have heard. If you are in the UK why not ask your pharmacist? Or perhaps pay a visit to your doctor and ask.
Sorry for my late reply. Thank you for responding. I have made an appointment to see my doctor. Hopefully they'll be able to answer a few questions for me.
