Hi not sure what I have, it feels like the lot!! Winter time is always the worst for me due to heating being on and cold weather, I've tried two types of low dose antibiotics that you take for 3 months, no joy, it's not bad all of the time, mostly ok but it can flare up. I've booked an appointment for this fri for the BlephEx treatment so I'll give that a go, no I haven't tried the gel but the lotion is good for applying with a cotton bud x

i think the oral antibiotics help with oscular rosacea ?

i thought they may help with the sticky feeling I have when I blink?

hi sorry i late to the party here! Can I ask how your eyes are doing and did you find a solution in the end? Ive had dry eyes pretty bad now that im over 40 and ive not been able to work for 2 weeks as a result
