I have spoke to 2 health professionals on the phone about my symptoms regarding the images below, does anybody have an idea as to what this is?, I have been told it could be Yeast / Bacterial related as I did also have blotchy red patches on my penis head aswell as dry skin. They both said they think its highly unlikely its herpes as it is painless. It is more like a sore, it did burst slightly and it is quite small to the human eye. It is not particularly itchy and not painful at all. Any ideas? Could this be yeast / bacterial related as I have been advised. Thank you all.

Have you been sexually active, particularly penetrative sex without a condom or have you received oral? Do you masturbate frequently? How long has it been like this ..... ?
Yes i have been sexually active. same woman since december. This first sore and red blotchy rash on the penis head happened 1 week after we had intercourse end of March. It cleared up fully using Canestan cream but i had a new sore 2 weeks ago in the same place as the first sore. I have not had sex since but have masturbated a lot. i must admit that my hygiene was not the best when this all started (did not shower for a few days because of lockdown) hope that helps add clarity!
What you have going on could be due to an underlying condition - all you can do is to put the best circumstances in place so that you help the skin in the area to become as healthy as possible. You must sort the hygiene, wash after each urination, shower as regularly as possible, clean laundered underwear or sports shorts every day at least. What photo 2 looks like most is a friction mark, and if it is linked to friction, this is obviously linked to the amount of masturbation you do. Ease back on the regularity, restrict yourself to every other, or every 4th day, even better, to a masturbation holiday and give your penis a complete rest, see how long you have the determination to last out. A week is not bad, 3 weeks quite good, a whole month even better - the choice is yours ....
