Hi,

My mother is not able to walk properly and also have pain in knees. She has reduction in knee gap because of loss of cartilage.

Can anyone tell some effective solutions to improve the knee conditions?

Hello, you can get strong pain relief from doctors as well as rub on pain relief.

My mother also suffered from this problem and wanted a knew knee but I don't think she would have got through the op.

Best to get her checked out as they will advise you.

Pain relief  medicines doe not improve the conditions of knee. They just reduce some pain.
