Just 'popping in' to say Hi ladies, hope you're all keeping well & alls ok. Oh the mixture of good days & bad days but I think n hoping that the good days will soon outweigh the not so good days....starting to feel a bit different...whatever that means 😏

Anyway, hanging in there. Never lose your humour! thought I'd post this funny...

Hi bobbins 

I am taking a low dose estradiol 1 mg and a low dose of provera 2.5 mg for my symptoms I will do anything to calm my anxieties with my psychic meds and the low dose of HRT 

I just pray that i can get back to my old self againg. My OBGYN told me that the progesterone pill the 50mg i did take is more like a birthcontrol pill he told me its the estrogen that really goes down and it the estrogen pill that can help calm people down with a progesterone pill so I am going to take it and just pray that it works 

Glad you are feeling better 

I will let you know how i am doing with in a week or so with the palpitations and the moods and anxieties

Hi , Susan I saw what you wrote , I go to a holistic Doctor and after drawing blood she prescribed miniville 0.5 MG and pogestron in cream it has really helped me a lot, it takes some of the edge off, but I still have anxiety and I get insomnia from time to time but it has calm down a lot since the patches of miniville. Hope that helps.

In my case I am producing to much estrogen, which caused me to bleed for 68 days, I was given Norethindrone 5mg to take until the bleeding stopped (it did immediately) but once off the meds I got my period in like 5 days later.  Dr said see if it will run its course and stop on its own, this is day 3, first 2 days the cramps were the worse I've ever had.  Feel ok now, all my other test were normal but I still have to have an ultrasound in 2 weeks.  Dr was not concerned because I have no other symptons, so I guess lucky in that respect.

Took my first dose of estradiol 1mg at dinner last night and at bed took the 2.5mg of provera i slept like a baby no problems just pray that these palpitations go away while on them my anxieties seem down some 

Feel okay today
