Okay, I think you need to get this in perspective: if you have NOT been sexually active then it is almost impossible that you have something that you should not have. Doctors are medical Professionals, give then the credibility and respect that they deserve - so if they say everything looks fine, or there is nothing to worry about then that is exactly what they mean. So, yes, as an anxious person too myself, I understand that we can view something that SEEMS to be not quite right, and even then escalate that thought into thinking: 'well if it is not right it must be the worst thing possible that is going on!' Believe me, I have been there myself with several health issues I have had over the years, before you know it your mind has reached the conclusion that this HAS to be cancer, yeah!!! What you have to learn, if you want a more peaceful experience of life as you move forward through the years is to trust Medical professionals when they tell you what the situation actually is. Unfortunately, the choice is YOURS, to be one of the worried well when the is very little if anything going on, or, put things in perspective and move on. Looking at the images in detail i would agree with the Doctor that it does look fine, and I would say for a large percentage of males, the skin on the head of your penis is fully normal and is much more healthy than many men experience throughout their adult life. Not having had sex may mean you are missing out on fun you may think, but at least you have no chance of STD / STI infections and diseases, even the most common and relatively simple to cure can be really difficult to overcome, and in reality, the skin on the head of the penis may never look the same again for these males. If you like, I can guide you further on how to keep the skin on the head of your penis, as well as your foreskin, as healthy as possible - simply hit the Reply Button - I do not respond to Personal messaging / Messages .....
Hi, thank you for your answer, it really calms me down. Everytime when it looks different I can get anxious. So yeah you're right about that. If you would like to guide me how to keep my glans and foreskin healthy then I would appreciate that!
I was my glans multiple times a day with just cold water out of the crane. And with warm water under my shower. I am aware of that I must not use any soap etc. I only wash it with water. I also use coconut oil sometimes when it becomes really dry. But that isn't liquid oil I've searched for some liquid coconut oil but those aren't 100% biologic. Or I could be wrong about that. Thank you in advance!
So, coconut oil in liquid form is what you need. If you live in the UK bargain shops such as savers and superdrug sell good quality coconut oil that is for use on the skin, rather than hair - 200ml will last way over a year. The best quality one I have found so far is 99% pure and is sold by the body shop - I bought mine at savers. In terms of what to do in terms of the skin on the head and foreskin of your penis here is part of one of my guides: . Abstain from applying anything at all directly to your penis - wash the head / glans with water only, dry 100% immediately afterwards by patting dry with a towel, draw your foreskin as far forward as you can each time you shower to protect the head, once you have thoroughly rinsed everything off, expose the head of your penis and rub with the inside of your hand only. Don't apply any Lubes, Baby Oil, Moisturiser or Skin Creams / Lotions to it. If you are sexually active, or Masturbate, clear away any fluids from the entire surface of the head of your penis as soon as you can. You may need to be vigilant and check for several hours after you have ejaculated to see if any further pre-ejaculate or semen reaches the head of your penis. . .... if there are any specifics you want to check with me in future simply update your Forum Post here and I will receive an alert
Okay, thank you for your advice! I do masturbate with coconut oil since a few months, so I don't irritate my glans too much. If I don't do that, but masturbate dry, my glans gets irritated and I get red patches for some days.
About the washing, I do that a lot, but I do keep some water on my glans on purpose, so it doesn't get too dry. Because then my foreskin sticks to it and it causes some irritation and red patches. What's your opinion on that?
But one of the things which bothers me a lot, is that sometimes when I haven't masturbated for a few days, I still can get some red patches from nowhere. That's what makes me anxious sometimes. How can that happen?
Thank you in advance.
Normal and beautifull. Don´t see nothing wrong.
SA, I will just highlight a couple of things you say: . "masturbate dry, my glans gets irritated and I get red patches for some days " and " keep some water on my glans on purpose, so it doesn't get too dry " and " when I haven't masturbated for a few days, I still can get some red patches from nowhere " So, it sounds like the natural lubrication function that is present on an uncircumcised penis is not happening some how. Again, the other comments suggest you have some irritation ongoing on. I am not sure about your washing / penile hygiene - it seems you may be doing too much, or that something in the mix of what you are doing could still be the source, or otherwise there is a regular contact with the source of this continued irritation. You are not using any forms of soap or other body cleansers on you penis at all .... ?
The natural lubrication is happening, but it can sometimes get really sticky when I dry my glans entirely after washing it. Maybe you're right about washing it too often. Maybe that's also because of the anxiety. I just hold my glans under flowing water for a second after I've been to the toilet. I just have the feeling, probably also anxiety, that whatever I do, I can't quite get it right. Because the irritations can occur out of nowhere (at least, that is what I think). Maybe it's also because of the not liquid coconut oil.
or otherwise there is a regular contact with the source of this continued irritation.
My guess is that's or due to the coconut oil, or maybe the checking which I do too often.
You are not using any forms of soap or other body cleansers on you penis at all .... ?
No sir, only water. And not liquid coconut oil. I let that melt on my fingers before applying it.
I live in the Netherlands, but I can't find any liquid coconut oil that seems right to use. Most of them are not biological or mixed with something else. Do you know any that I can order from here?
Thank you in advance!
Okay, something else: I'm pretty sure it's because of the coconut oil. The irritations. Just checked and one side is all with red patches etc. Yesterday I used some not liquid coconut oil before I want to sleep. So I'm going to quit using the not liquid coconut oil. Only water for now. Or you must know some good liquid coconut oil?

This is how my glans looks now. It's a little less visible on the picture but I think you can see it pretty clear.
You need 99% Pure liquid Coconut Oil if it is the best that you can get that you want. In the UK this is available from 'the body shop' - in Holland there are bound to be shops that sell good quality liquid coconut oil. the likes of high street chemists / drug store chains, or shops that specialise in body care products ....
Thank you! I'll search for that. And what about the picture I send you?
What do you think about that picture Wee?
Also, the body shop has a Dutch section. Can you provide me with a link to some coconut oil? Thank you in advance!
Again: Looking at the images in detail i would agree with the Doctor that it does look fine, and I would say for a large percentage of males, the skin on the head of your penis is fully normal and is much more healthy than many men experience throughout their adult life. Nothing more to add ....
Hi Wee! I haven't masturbated for two days and my glans is irritated again.. All red spots etc. What coconut oil do you recommend? Which liquid one is good to use? I've looked online but can't find one. Is there one on thebodyshop?
If I look for 99% pure coconut oil I get: Mct Oil C8 - Coconut Pure - 99% Caprylic Acid. Is that something I can use?
Here is how it looks now. Can you see the difference? I just don't get how it can red spots etc. just out of nowhere. I think its irritations but it just makes me anxious. Is it normal to change so often?

Can you please respond one more time? I know I'm a little annoying but I'm just so unsure.. Thank you.
Yes, the one at the bodyshop is the best one that I know of ...
