had this problem for a year it has got worst rim of penis head is dry and itchy most times i have a rash on the tip of penis comes and goes what cam this be my forskin feels tight and looks like its thinning

im always sitting at work i have seen a doctor they di diagnosed me with fungal dermatitis folliculitis then i went to another dr gave me Nystatin i was on keflex 500 mg and also loprox cream it it all started with a fungal infection and I feel like it’s got gotten worse I remember my ex-girlfriend having a fungal infection and they gave her medicine and I went away but I feel like I gave it to her and mine is not going away for some reason
