I've been noticing in the past year, time just seems to pass me by? I'm 23 years old. I'm fairly young, and my memory isn't TOO horrible. But I feel like I've been focusing so much on controlling my anxiety that I've just lost time? Is that a symptom? Like, I don't feel time passing anymore. It amazes me how days, weeks, months are just passing by but my mind is still stuck on a month ago or something. Don't get me wrong, I'm being productive and all and am aware of my surrounding. But my sense of time feels so...off. For example, 4 days ago seems like a week. Or sometimes, a year ago feels like only 1 or 2 months to me. I have no idea how else to explain it 😓 Does anyone else feel this?
Yes, this happens to a lot of people especially as we age. You are still very young but as you start to get a little older, you will notice it even more.
Anxiety can also throw off your sense of time.
it's nothing to worry about.
Interesting I feel like the past 7 years passed by so fast. Time fly's and we just grow older it s***s. I'm still stuck on the past. What you are experiencing is very common.👍
