My daughter who has now turned ten told me on Mother's Day that my ex has been abusing her we have moved home I left my job because of his proximity to us.
If your daughter has been a used by the your ex, you should take immediate steps to ensure she is never alone with him again. I would also take her to your doctor and tell him about the abuse. She may need help to deal with this. Good luck to you both.
Hi Joannah - what a terrible thing to have to deal with! Have you alerted any authorities? An abuser can have multiple victims. The fact YOU have had to alter your life so thoroughly is most unfair.
