Hello, I wanted to see if anyone experienced these symptoms due to stress. I am currently under a lot of stress (break up, school, moving states) and I’ve not been feeling myself at all. I physically am feeling sick and weak. Since I moved 3 months ago, I lost about 10 pounds. I also have chronic back pain (mainly lower), buttock cramps/pain, right hip pain, chest pain, pain in right side of ribs, and arm pain. Pretty much everywhere, it feels like muscle aches and stiffness in bones. I also have lots of headaches, dizziness, and sometimes a blurry spot in my vision. I had diarrhea the other day and have been feeling nauseous. The main thing I notice that seems to not go away is the back, hip, buttock pain. I also can feel small bumps in my neck and groin (which I was told by my doc last year that it was normal being that I’m skinny). I’m sorry I know it’s a lot but I’m frustrated and also scared that this is something serious. I keep googling which I know is horrible!! I haven’t been getting good sleep, last night I had maybe an hour of sleep. It’s been bad. Please help! Anyone else have similar symptoms?
i’ve had everything on your list and then some. i’ve had your symptoms more or less for the past 3 yrs, but went through similar in my early to mid 20s; much older now. the dizziness was so bad at one point i’d have to grab onto things to keep balance. what i’m telling you will likely comfort you for a bit, but you’ll still have your doubts and will likely keep worrying. what i can tell you is that i naturally…over a long period of time just got tired of worrying about the physical symptoms. i was just too tired to worry anymore and got to the point where i simply didn’t care anymore…was fed up you could say. it was at this stage where symptoms subsided drastically and some days i don’t even notice. i guess if you have ‘no more in the tank’ with regard to caring, then i guess you’re unable to worry as well…which is good. i’m assuming the breakup is taking a toll on you; i’ve been there. fortunately, you will heal. also, i chose not to medicate because all it did was mask symptoms which was nice, but not deal with the root of the problem. so stopping would lead to relapse. the latter here isn’t advice on how to deal with your situation, but just conveying a part of what i went through. good luck! fortunately, you’re capable of improvement…we all are.
it sounds like stress symptoms. i have had those plus many more in my twenties from terrible stress and anxiety.
have u had a checkup lately? SHOULD be done at least yearly . blood work, blood pressure. etc.
dont google!
IF your doctor said u are ok after exam, then work the stress. see a counselor, listen to meditations on anxiety on you tube.
