Hi I was wondering if anyone has low blood.pressure mine is between 110/66 to maybe 120/80 I wasn't sure if this is normal blood pressure I as I get worried . I do suffer and with anxiety so I over think it all the time and constantly take my blood preaaure but I know deoending how you sit ect it can effect the reading
That’s not low! That’s perfect blood pressure. If the bottom goes under 40 you might then want to worry. I opposite of you I have prehypertension and it comes partly from my snri meds. I like you panic but I’m trying to just let it be. Your doctor will tell you if you need to worry

Yeah bottom number never goes that low maybe 67 during the day depending if I am stressed if I am stressed it goes to 80 and in the middle.of the night many 59 but thats because I am completely relaxed

12O/80 is normal blood pressure...110/66 is not too low. according to MY Doctor anyway...there are people with 90/66...this is low, if its giving you symptoms...if not its grand...I suffer with anxiety too..and my BP is up one minute and down the next...DR says thats normal..your BP never stays the same...unless you feel dizzy. I wouldn't be too concerned about it...x
Yeah but I get dizzy from anxiety not blood pressure I noticed even when its high I get a bit dizzy so doestor said if I was only getting dizzy when its low than there is a problem
And I smoke to so 119/80 usually durinf the day morning lower but doctor said if I quit my blood pressure should be even lower . but when I quit years ago it was like 108/70 but never worried me until now lol damn Anxiety
Mine like Maria fluctuates too.. my doc says it’s nothing to worry about. My bottom number has been 100 before. I got the gene test done and my body doesn’t metabolize ssri so I have to take snri. They seem to increase my blood pressure. Has anyone else have this issue?
My bottom number is usually 65-80 so I worry about the 65 .

It was up normal.It was supposed to. 120/70 or 68
Your blood is too low... You have to get a drip.. Maybe you will be better.
No from what I read its normal readings 103/128 is to high
Diana my B/P was 147/90 ...this was when I was taking a panic attack. .took my reading to the DR and he said not to worry. panic, raises the B/P I get dizzy when i am very anxious too...keep a check on it for a week. I garantee ,you wont get the same reading twice...write all readings down, and take them to your GP....He will be able to tell you whats going on...might put your mind at ease...xx.
