Low blood pressure after weight loss

Hello everyone

When I was overweighted I had normal BP(120/80) but after I lost 20 kg in the last 7 months (i also wasnt consuming almost any salt) my blood pressure dropped. Sometimes it’s 85/60 and sometimes it’s 110/70. It depends. I just want to know if my BP is low because of my weight loss and not consuming salt? Can it be related to anxiety? I started taking vitamin B and D vitamins. I drink beetroot juice, green tea and neetle tea. I’m drinking a lot of water and taking extra salt. Is there anything else I can do? Also how long does it take approximately for my BP to get normal?

Be sure to take good quality unprocessed salt. Your average white table salt is so processed that it contains almost no minerals. Good brands to try are Himalayan, Redmans or Celtic Sea Salt.

Thanks for the advice. I’ll go with himalayan I think. Do you maybe know what else I should add to my diet?
