Low sodium

Hi everyone, my name is Robin. I have been disabled since 1996. First started with severe case of Mono, symptoms were debilitating fatigue, pain, severe night sweats, shortness of breath and brain fog.Throughout the years some of the symptoms have changed; no more night sweats and migraines. The fatigue, pain, confusion have worsened. The newest is very low sodium. I have been in hospital several times for IV sodium chloride. Also, Bp  has been as low as 60/40 and has high as 170/. Can anyone relate?

I can certainly relate to the fatigue worsening and to being ill for so long. I got ill in May 1999. I have a question: did the IV sodium chloride help you in any way, including improving the fatigue? I don't have low sodium, but noticed when I got an IV sodium chloride drip during recent surgery, I started feeling way better. It pulled me out of a relapse and the improvement lasted for 7 weeks. I did some online research, and apparently that kind of drip has been used by some prominent ME/CFS doctors here in the U.S. to improve symptoms. So I'm curious as to whether it helped you, and if so, what symptoms got better. Also, how long did the improvement last.

I did feel better lased a few days. Then back to the debilitating weakness and fatigue.  When my sodium is low , what is different are headache across forhead and brain fog turns into confusion.

i hoped that helped.
