Low stomach acid but lemon water and acv giving me trouble. Any idea?

Hi i am male, 25 years old, 170cm, 72kg. I did the baking soda test and for 5min i did not burp at all. Even after the 5min. I conclude i have low stomach acid. Tried 1tbsp lemon water or 1tbsp apple cider vinegar. Both gave me the same reaction. As soon as i drink it gave me runny nose, elevate anxiety and feeling tired to the point i feel like the need to sleep especially on ACV. I tried to lower the amount to 1tsp. Same reaction. Lemon water also gave me constipation. Dont know why should be the other way around.

The bright side is.. I always have some headache to the point it disturb my vision when taking any type of supplement or pills. Since taking acv or lemon water the headache from vitamin c pill that i am taking is getting better, no more disturb vision. Can all of this contribute to low stomach acid?

I ordered betaine HCL and still on its way. I hope i can tolerate this supplement and hope it doesnt cause any headache. I also have low testosterone for my age, low total cholesterol level. I also have problem digesting fats food (eggs, olive oil, avacados, nuts). Surprisingly canola oil and other unhealthy oil doesnt cause me problem (headache). Hopefully low stomach acid is the root to my problem.

I have also seen gastro but doesnt seem helpful. Told about my fat malapsorbtion problem. He said to eliminate the fats food if i cant tolerate them. And he said he has no clue why i cant tolerate them. Endoscope is an option he said if i want to do it.

Stop taking supplements and ACV and lemon water since they disagree with you. Lemon water and ACV are acidic. To check whether you have low stomach acid or too much stomach acid, you would be far better off seeing your doctor who will be able to tell you which problem you have.  Accept your GI’s advice and cut out fatty foods.  Don’t worry about the cause.  Simply avoid these foods and see if you feel better.

You can find adequate supplements in your food.  Eating lots of fruit would give you Vitamin C.rather than supplement pills.  I have GERD and have constant acid and need to take antacids and milk.  I have problems too with certain fatty foods which has improved over time.   Avoiding those foods works for me.
