Low temperature ranges from 34-35°c

Hi, for a few weeks my temperature has been around 34.2 to 35.2. I thought it didnt seem right so I brought 2 new thermometers,I’ve took my temperature orally and under my arm.
What I was wondering about was,High temp/fever ?
considering how low my temp is, I thought about 36 would be high for me? or should I be around 37 to be classed as a high temp/fever?
Sorry for not been able to ask a question very clear :frowning:
(had sore throat for 4 days, stressing like crazy, , On Warfarin lifelong for recurrent PTE, clonazepam taken at night)

That’s indeed quite low. What do you get under the armpit?

Try taking your temperature just after you wake up, and also at night after dinner.

low blood pressure possibly. they dont generally worry about low temperature ranges at the hospital, its the high temperatures they worry about. i had low blood pressure and low body temps as a kid and a simple pill the doctor gave me fixed the problem. also excercise can help get the blood flowing and your temp back up. drinks lots of water to increase blood flow as well

Thanks for your replies :slightly_smiling_face:
It was 34.7 when I first woke up, I’ll start drinking more,n keep a check on my blood pressure, i used to take Rampril for high blood pressure but dr took me off them.
Thanks
