I had my thr surgery a year ago, everything was perfect, but I started to feel lower back pain, sould I be worried? or just schedule an appointment with my doctor?

If I had lower back pain I would go to my chiropractor as they are the experts in such matters.

How well are you walking? If your THR (or the period before your THR) has resulted in a bad gait that could be the cause of your back pain. But lower back pain is quite common. As Richard says a chiropractor may be able to help but it could be something that requires medical intervention.
I'd go to a chiropractor to see what he says.

Actually I have suffered from lower back pain from time to time over the years which is hardly surprising considering my previous way of life! Having moved nearly 200 miles and needing to have my back looked at I'm trying out a new chiropractor and today will be my second visit. It always takes a couple of sessions I find if I've not been for a few years and especially if I'm seeing a new one. My chiropractor has always said that in the colder months back pain is far more likely.
