Ive been fever for 3days, under go Urinalysis and found Urinary Tract Infection, its been 4days since i started to take antibiotic but then again the pain at my lower abdomen doesnt disappear even my lower back pain started to hurt. Im so worried. and some of my body parts start to cramp. its so hard, its very painful.

GIve the medication a week to take effect but also see your doctor and explain your symptoms. You may be having a bad reaction to the antibiotics. Antibiotics often make your feel worse than the infection itself. I was given antibiotics to see if I had a UTI when I tested negative for it. My doctor thought it might have been a false negative. The antibiotics made my stomach pain, back pain and nausea worse. The medication also caused me to develop thrush and soft, urgent motions. In the end, it was decided I didn't have an infection.Three and a half months later, my stomach pains and other symptoms were identified as IBS.

Well, I'm sure what's going on? you are diagnosed and have antibiotics? taking antibiotics for 4 days? still in a lot of pain?
I would suggest calling your Dr and go back. the antibiotic your taking, might not be for the infection you have? could be low potassium because your not eating and drinking enough? if your burning, there is a pill for that....its wonderful! definitely call your Dr and if the pain is too severe, goto the ER. I hope you feel better soon.
YES i have no appetite. No oral fluid or solid intake since then.

hi this case i don't it. is a very life threatening case as i'm assuming you used contraception( if not you could have something called an ectopic pregnancy very rare don't worry about that but its a chance) i think you might have diverticulitis i would advise asking your doctor for an ultrasound to test for the diverticulitis. i hope you get better soon
also dont answer if you dont want but is there any vaginal discoloration or discharge even sexual discharge whats the cosistency and coulor
