I have lower back and abdominal pain on both sides of abdomen. I also feel bloated, lots of gas, I feel tired. Have had scans on my abdomen last month and doctors say it's all clear. I'm not sure if I lifted some heavy bags that could be causing this. As it happens after lifting the bags. I'm not sure if it's meno related? I've missed my last three periods. Not sure if the pain is associated with my ovary. I also have small fibroids. I'm so worried.
Try not to worry. The back pain may be from lifting the bags. I had terrible gas about four years into menopause. I have some pretty good sized fibroids. I feel a twinge from them every now and then. My gyno says that may be them calcifying. Just take a deep breath and pray. Hugs🤗
