Anyone have lower back pain? I am having it like its cramps but I am bleeding very very lightly right now. Taken ibuprofen but not working well.
Hi yes, I often have horrible lower back pain especially when the period is lighter. Sometimes heated pads hepsi a bit. Hope it gets better soon.
Okay it's not me freaking out then! 😱 I have the heating pad on. I just want the bleeding to stop. Had blood work done yesterday. To see what's causing it. I really feel it's peri. But who knows!!
I take one Nurofen plus every 4 hours till it`s gone or if it`s really bad 2 nurofen plus initially to give the pain a good kick.
