Have any of you ladies experienced getting cramps in your lower back before your period? Lately I get a lot of pain and pressure towards my back. I feel it in my back with menstrual cramps, bloating and gas all in my lower back. So weird. Anyone else get this?
Hi yes I do get lower back pain and stomach ache be for my period and get constipated and diarrhea I think hormones have a lot to do with how we feel be for a period but when I Finnish my period i was still the same
Went to doctors said it could be side effects of hrt got some different ones hoping they will help

Thanks for the reply, Paula. I think lower back pain can also be a sign that you are low on progesterone. I think I read that somewhere. I am not on any hormone replacement. My period was due on Oct 31st, haven’t seen it yet. I’m so sick of all these crazy symptoms.

Today, I feel my low back too heavy and since yesterday I have ovulation liquids.
I am also sick and desperate because of this. It is pure hell.

Yes, heavy like pressure. It also felt like heaviness from bloating. I had the urge to pee frequently too.
