Yes mam… My lower back pain started back early this week. It comes and goes. I’m a few days away from ovulation as well. I take Aleve and that has helped some, but when Flexeril is best..

unfortunately, yes I have…It worried me at first but once I found this forum, I saw how common it is..It hangs around a few weeks and then some other obnoxious symptom shows up pf course…I just take advil, use a heating pad and try to give myself a break. Hang in there and reach out as needed…someone is always here
