When I wake up in the morning my pain is at its worst, even after a bowel movement I get a burning stinging pain in the same spot on my lower left side. But I’ve noticed if I turn on my side and press down on my lower left side near my hip bone It hurts. Is that my colon that I’m pressing on that is sensitive?
I'm wondering if it's not Gastrointestinal related. Did you bang or bruise your hip bone?
I do get a pain similar to this though not sure exactly what it is I believe large intestine is in that area. Usually it's trapped gas. I am usually able to massage the area and help it go away. There are actually special massage techniques to do I think you can google them.
Try gas x , could be trapped gas, move around some and see if this helps, if not I would go get this checked out.
