Fui diagnosticada con LS hace dos años. Mi esposo y yo descubrimos que estamos embarazadas (después de un aborto espontáneo el enero pasado) el lunes. He estado teniendo un brote terrible de LS y estoy muy preocupada por usar la crema de esteroides. ¿Alguien sabe de algún tratamiento seguro y efectivo que se pueda usar durante el embarazo?

I would suggest that you look at the discussion on borax. Has helped many to keep LS reasonably under control.
And also to look at your diet - added sugar is often a trigger as well. For me it is also cheese. So altogether I avoid added sugar, gluten, alcohol, caffeine and most dairy. And also try to control the stress, which seems to be the hardest one.
I suggest you discuss this with your doctor before trying any other treatments. Call the office and talk to the nurse if you can't ft an appt.
