Hi all. With all the posts asking about what treatment people are using, I thought I would post my LS skincare regime. I suspect, like many women on here, I have suffered from LS undiagnosed for a long time. After the initial anxiety of getting my diagnosis, I now try to think positively about my approach to managing it. It’s early days for me, but this is what seems to be working (see photo).File size is too big

Tried to add a photo, but it wouldn’t let me:
Epaderm cream to wash
Epaderm ointment to moisturise
Sylk intimate lubricant
Dermovate (clobetazole ointment) twice weekly
