Hi, I've got a drs appointment in a few days time but am quite worried about a lump that has appeared in my meatus. I had a rash that I put down to a yeast infection a few weeks ago - my penis had a smell in addition and also a little feeling of discomfort. I treated it with anti fungal cream and it did come and go depending on how frequently I put the cream on. At the moment it is fairly under control. At around the same time I found what feels like a hard ish lump on the meatus. It sits in the urethral hole and tends to get bigger/more promenent with masturbation. It is red and the same colour as the rest of my meatus but when I've zoomed in on pictures it does look like there are a few black spots in there (pics attached). Have also noticed a more frequent need to urinate today/yesterday but no overt discomfort when passing urine. I had an STI test about a month back after a few new sexual partners before lockdown (mostly protected sex) - this came back clear although it didnt test for genital warts or herpes etc. Hoping that it isnt anything sinister but am hoping for some insight before I speak to my GP.
