Hey i noticed this morning i had this lump appear, i didnt shower last night as i have been so tired, i do walk 5kms a day and havent had any sexual contact for at least 4 months. Any ideas??
Looks like a pimple. See if it gets better on its own, you may try some OTC topical antibiotic cream…
otherwise see a dermatologist.
Ensure proper hygiene.
