I have this spot at the base of my penis. it was there for about 3-4weeks. it was a raised hard lump, I couldn't resist the urge to squeeze it after a few days and it bled. below is a picture of it now as it has nearly disappeared. I havent had sex in 5 months. tested negative for gonnorea and chlamydia. waiting for blood tests coming back. is this just an ingrown hair or something more serious? I have no other symptoms.

You have nothing to worry about- it’s just folliculitis (aka ingrowing hair).
Hopefully the blood tests will be clear as well.
