I've had this since I was very young and for as long as I can remember it's like a lump of meat it doesn't hurt and it doesn't itch either, over the years I got used to having it.
I don't know what it is and if it can be dangerous in the future. someone knows?
Looks like a cyst. A urologist surgeon can remove it.
