But when the first time I had retracted the foreskin below the glans of penis.  I've first noticed lump in corona of glans penis 2 years ago. I thought it will disappear. But still remain same in size. what should I do? I am worried now. Please help.

Hello Rocky.  You need to go see a doctor.  In the 2 years you never went to a urologist.  I have never seen anything like this. You need to see a doctor to see what it is.  Please go  Ken

If the lump hasn't changed significantly in size, colour or texture in the 2 years you've noticed it, I think it very unlikely that you have a malignant growth. However, it is pronounced, as I see it in your photos, so I would advise you get your penis medically examined, initially by your own doctor and maybe also asking whether it needs specialist referral. I imagine a biopsy would be required.

Probably just a cyst, but very unusual, and you should definitely get it checked out.  You could either see your GP, or if you're in the UK, you could go to a genitourinary medicine (GUM) clinic - google "GUM clinic near me" for details.

If you could update this thread and tell us what the doctors say, it would be appreciated.  Good luck.

Rocky did you make a appointment for the doctor yet.  Please go see what it is.  Ken
