Lump in my neck above my collarbone

Hi. I'm a 29 year old female currently going out of my mind with worry. So here's my story.....7 weeks ago I started feeling light headed everyday. Feeling sick and very tired some days. My eye's are so heacy somedays. Nearly passed out 3 times. Been backwards and forwards to the doctors. They've given me a complete blood count that was normal. Blood pressure normal. Ecg normal.

So far they have given me...anti depressants (blaming all my symptoms on anxiety) vertigo tablets...they haven't worked....anti biotics because my throat was red and I was showing a temperature.

A week ago I found a lump in my neck just above my collarbone on the right hand side. It feels as big as a kidney bean. Went back to my doctor he checked it over and said it's definitely prominent and it's immobile. He said it could come up because my body is fighting a infection or virus. He then brushed it off and still blamed all my symptons on anxiety.

I'm going out of my mind with worry and just can't get passed them saying it's anxiety. One other doctor is referring me to a cardiologist because I pushed for it so she agreed.

Anyone else has or ever had any of my symptons please?

It is not related to anxiety but to glandular fever or mono.

It will gave few weeks or months to get better.

Swollen lymph glands  = Infection somewhere.

You had a temp only a couple of weeks ago, that was an infection or virus that caused that temp.

Your body may still be fighting off the after effects.

Nothing to do with your heart, I would think,

Is your ECG normal, no Dr should be reffing you to a cardio without doing a ECG, first line of attack to see if everthing shows up as normal.

What is your resting heart rate, and BP, and then what is it after you have been walking for some time, like around the local shopping centre, walk at least a couple of hundred yards, the local chemist ship should be able to do this basic test.

Are you breathless and I mean really breathless with the slightless exercise, ie can't climb 8 steps, having to stop before you  can get up those eight steps.

Are your ankles swollen, and I don't mean after you have been sitting around for hours, and do you sweat like crazy without exercise.

And are you extremely tired all the time, that is a heart issue.

Remember if you still have an infection which seems likely, or maybe even a virus giving you a workout, I would not be doing the above suggested BP and heartrate tests until those swollen glands go down, they will come back with false readings because of the infection.
