I have extreme health anxiety and today found a lump in my neck under ear. It moves a little and is not rock hard but also not exactly soft. I’m so scared it’s cancer. Can anyone relate?

I've become a lymph node veteran lately haha. I've had multiple swollen lymph nodes in my head/neck for almost a year now. Some are hard, some are soft, they all change in size but they never go over 2cm. I've seen my reg Dr, ENT, dermo, and an oncologist (i wanted a variety of opinions lol). All of those Drs are thinking mine are swollen due to some bad acne on my face I've had over the past year or so. So weird but idk that's their best guess. None of them seem very concerned but obv it is bothering me a lot and I start thinking the worst bc I'm an axnious person to begin with lol.
My best advice to you is NOT to google. I did that with mine in the beginning and freaked myself out so bad, I was in a state of panic thinking I had lymphoma or some other cancer bc of the symptoms Google will tell you. But after all of my Dr visits I learned that actually there are only 2 main red flag symptoms.
1) Size - All those Drs ^ said if it is normal sized (like a marble - below 2cm) then it isn't concerning. Doesn't matter if it's hard/soft or moves/doesn't move, size is all that really matters. If you have a swollen lymph node and it becomes golf ball sized, then maybe there is some cause for concern. But if it remains small, you're fine.
2) Other physical symptoms? - All those Drs ^ also said that if you have any other symptoms like persistent fever, extreme night sweats, or rapid weight loss then that would be another cause for concern. If you don't have any of those symptoms, you're fine.
Basically, if you do have a swollen node and it doesn't go away in a few weeks, you can go to your GP in case and have them check it out. But do NOT google and get yourself all worked up and scared, I made that mistake and regretted it when I actually went to the Dr and found out the info Google gives is very inaccurate/misleading.
I have had lymph pain or that’s what I think it as at least. Two weeks ago I had pain in my left armpit. There was no lump, I even had my GP feel and she couldnt feel any lumps. Now it went away now I feel pain in the “groin” area where there’s a lymph node and I have this pain at the base of my neck for the last 4 days. It feels sore I can’t find a lump so idk wth it is I am so scared I have lymphoma or cancer. I hoped it was just sore front neck muscles but how can that be possible?
I have that all the time especially after excersize.
