Lump in stomach? Am I going crazy or do you see what I see? Image included.

Spotted this a few days ago, look at my right ab, which is left side in the photos. I've also been feeling slightly nauseous and fatigued, burping alot, plus pain in the area and tightness near the right kidney at the back. Im 24 but you're never too young to get life threatening diseases.

It doesnt look that noticeable in the pictures but it is lumpy believe me.

There is an obvious swelling there..it could be a cyst or hernia..you need to see your doc so he/she can organise a scan of the area to investigate whats going in there...best wishes
