Lump in throat feeling

I have had this feeling aka Globus sensation for nearly three weeks it is driving me mad and triggering more anxiety I’m scared I’ll have it forever and it won’t go away sad feels like something is stuck in my throat and can feel it and when I swallow it’s still there sad sad has anyone had this how long till it went away I’m reslly freaking out it’s my current anxiety trigger

I hate this feeling! I get it when I have anxiety attacks it feels like a lump in my throat that feels tight and like I can’t swallow.

Yeah and mines lasted two and a half weeks and I’m so scared it won’t go

Hi riri I have had this for about 10 years on and off and totally freaked out .in early days doc s didn’t know what it was and didn’t put it down to anxiety now they do .i could have it for 6 weeks or more sometime s .wishing you well

I've been to the doctor twice about it...mine comes and goes and yes it's due to anxiety....not fun

..its a horrible feeling....

Oh no sp u mind telling me how long it would stay for ? I’m resllt panicky about it especially because drs can’t see anything wrong

Thank you so much I don’t care if it’s something that comes and goes it wont freak my out so mich next time I just want to be assured it does go I’ve had it two weeks and I’m so panicky about it so it does eventually go ? Any tips ? Thank you so much xx
