No pain or discomfort
No itch
No fluids or discharge
Just hasn't always been there almost feels like a bulged vein when rubbed over..

I think it looks pretty normal
It does not look like the normal swellings that you get in this area - you do not go into your regularity, or not of sex and masturbation - most swellings are linked to these.
Some swellings can take up to 8 or 9 months to fade naturally depending on whether there is no further irritation to the area …
