ive had this lump on my finger for about a year now. sometimes it gets smaller and sometimes it gets bigger. it has very minor pain if pushed. File size is too big

Do you think this might be Herpetic Whitlow?
Pls note that HW is the same thing as HSV1 or2 but in a different location
