Lump on genitals

I have had this weird line like lump on my shaft for about 8 months now. there is no pain but there is discharge from the lump( white, foul smelling) when squeezed. Like a pimple. I do not think it is an STD because it had randomly popped up, not after sex. Does anybody have any idea what this could be?

did you maybe scar it somehow?

probably is a skin condition and does not look like STD, however you may need to see dermatologist to confirm.

Some skin conditions are benign, which does not require removal.
the question is, is yours benign or not? the only one can give an answer is your doctor
