This small bump appeared on my penis 2 or 3 months ago. I had a virtual physician's visit and was told it looked like a cyst that I should not worry about. It went away on its own. About 2 weeks ago though it reappeared in I believe the same spot as before. Has anyone seen something like this? Should I actually be concerned?
