About a year ago I developed a lump on the end of my nose and I’d like to know what it is and whether is possible to get it removed. It causes me no pain, it isnt a spot so nothing comes out when squeezed, it just looks unsightly (well to me anyway)

Dont know where you are in the world but if you are in UK you would have to pay privately to have it removed. Ask your GP for a reliable plastic surgeon who will do a good job and the result will be invisible with no scar. It would probably cost about £400-£450
