So im 26 years. Been edging for the last couple of days .i had a cold so i was in bed for 2 days. And this morning i woke up and found this bulge or lump on my penis shaft and it seems like its under the skin yet it has a tiny head like a pimple. It hurts a bit with friction against clothes or if i press on it. Havent had sex for a while. Any idea. Im freaking out a little bit
Although it may be more tender because it's on your penis, it probably isn't anything more sinister than if you had it on your hand or face. Probably a blocked pore or infected hair follicle. Try using some antiseptic cream on it. Obviously if it gets as big as a boil, you might need a doctor to lance it, but otherwise, good hygiene, patience and antiseptic cream will probably deal with it.
By the way, if edging means arousal to near orgasm but not ejaculating, some say doing this too often isn't good for the prostate. A couple of days seems a bit excessive to me.
Hi, I have used a practice similar to edging in the past. If this becomes a regular part of what you do during self-pleasuring, you potentially may get to the point where your prostate starts to complain about it - that is, becomes painful. While it may take quite a lot of this practice to get to that point, each of us are individuals and your prostate may become painful quite quickly. If this occurs, STOP the practice completely, and do not try it again for at least 3 or 4 weeks. I have had times where I have had to exclude this practice for 3 or 4 months even, so do not be surprised if you hear of others having to do this too.
If you want to research more about it yourself, I have heard the practice described as ‘semen conservation’ - where sexually active couples have intercourse, and the person practicing this will only ejaculate on certain occasions (e.g once a week). In the same article, there was mention of needing to ‘milk the prostate’ - which you may also need to look up at a future date.
As Pepasan suggests, I would concur you need to look a bit more closely at your penile hygiene practices - I prefer the proverbial ‘clean as a whistle’ approach and when abrasions and open-injuries occur use something like TCP or an antiseptic ointment that you prefer. - W.D.

Thanks for your advice. I will read more about this. So far.im fine. All im worried about is the bump on my shaft. I showet twice a day. I always like shave . Down there. Never had anything similar.
