so i've had this weird lump for a while now and it's kinda getting worse. i will see a doctor for it but i wanted your opinions on what could it be? it's hard to take a good picture but the inside of the penis is also kinda red, wrong looking
It looks fairly natural - the lump seems to be the same texture and colour as the flesh around it, so I doubt if it is malignant or dangerous. Would like to know what your doctor says.

The problem with trying to answer your question is the issue is not obvious. The second photos don't seem to show anything abnormal, but it might take a lot of comparisons to know for sure. The "bump" does not seem irritated, but my guess is for peace of mind you will need to get it checked out.
