Lump on my penis?

I am 18 and I have noticed this lump on my penis about a month ago and I didn't really think it was a big deal and just hoped it would go away but it never did. It does not hurt and I'm not sure what it could be. Should I be worried? Will this ever go away?

Could be part of your scar, could be a small growth. One thing for sure is that it could be a scar from your neonatal circumcision- these tend to turn into benign cysts
