I don't know suddenly there's a bit lump like swollen area on the left side of my neck , feel it from outside not inside .

That has happened to me. I bet it's nothing. Does it hurt?
Do not play around with it. Does it itch can it be a bug bite of some sort? Or a pimple or cystic pimple. Or even a gland but with a gland youd probably feel awful. How about keeping it clean use a clean washcloth and clean it with some antibacterial soap and water. Maybe even hold a compress to it with some water soaks for a bit. Then put on a antibiotic cream (sold everywhere) take a motrin or tylenol and see how it is 24 hrs from now. If its very itchy id say put on some allergy medicine on it for a bug bite. If by Monday it changes for the worse you can see the doctor. But do not fiddle with it, that wont help it at all and youll make it worse. The body is usually great with healing this kind of stuff..
I feel pressure when I lay down , left side of shoulder and arm are bit stiff .
Why dont you go to an urgi center if you cant get to your doctor and have them take a peek at it.
That could be a host of things, like a cyst, thyroid, or,bug bite. If it get's bigger,and hurts,have it checked out. Hopefully it's nothing.
