Please see images - lump on the tip/glans of my penis. There is no pain or itching, it's just been there for some time now and I can't keep ignoring it. I struggle with health anxiety and I can't get the thought that a growth like this could be cancer out of my head.
Does anyone have any ideas what it could be?
