noticed a lump on my penis, how swollen it was almost 2 weeks ago. i am not sexually active. i masturbated through my boxers and assumed it was the friction. is this a lymphocele? im freaking out! someone please tell me what they think it could be! i don’t feel any pain really but it shows more when im erect rather than flaccid. How do I treat it?! I set up my appointment with a urologist but wont see them for another couple weeks. Also at the same time noticed a pimple like bump as well. I’m very anxious and scared to look at it while I have an erection. Someone please let me know what it could be and how to treat it! I’m desperate!
It seems that ONLY photo 3 shows the problem you are talking about or is there something else?
Photo 3 shows that there is likely to be some kind of blockage in the skin and this usually causes an infection. Get yourself some Liquid Antiseptic that is used to treat skin problems such as insect bites, grazes and cuts, read the instructions and apply for 3 to 4 days and see if that clears it.
