Lump on penis

Hi,

This is highly embarrassing but here it goes. My wife and I have been married 7 years now. I'm confident that she haven't stepped out in marriage and neither have I. But while we were dating I was admittedly permiscuious. Anyway after our 2nd year she was told she has HPV. Which meant I more than likely have it. I have since last year been having random lumps pop up and go on my penis (once even a dent like a lesion) but it goes away. We had sex last week for an extended time and this pops up a few days later. I freaking out because it's been here like 4 days now and is getting more and more sensitive to touch. It's hard and almost scab like on top and seems to be build up of something underneath. I hadn't tried to pop it because it hurts and because it's already irritated enough by my under garments. Please give me some thoughts....

Lots of people have HPV btw, mostly without even knowing it, because they don't have symptoms.  From your description though, then even without seeing pictures, I think you need to see a doctor.
