So i have this lump on the left side base of my penis for two days now. It isn't growing, but it's burning a little and kinda discomforting me everytime i make movement that will touch or affect the area. I'm 19 and i've never had sex, but i may have masturbated a lot. Can anyone tell me what this is and how i must treat it at home. thanks,

thats normal, maybe because you have trimmer it recently that's why they are like that. was it your first time trimming

i did trim it after two days of getting this lump because i wanna see it clearer. i normally trim every 2-3 months

the top of the lump changed color from normal (brown) to reddish and pale, then i saw a yellowish circle on the top and that circle skin got thinner, so i decided to stick a needle, then yellowish liquids came out(probably pus) and there's no blood.

i got rid of all the yellow stuff on the top but the bottom part is still a bit hard lump.

Ingrown hair spot. You must cut the genital hairs a certain way to maximise safety and minimise problems like this. Cut in the direction of the grain, not against them.
