Had this lump/spot pop up a day or 2 ago i know the smaller ones arr fordyce spots but this is rather big please help
There could be a relatively simple cause of this such a blocked skin pore or hair follicle … Have you had a sexual encounter in the days before this appeared?
What I would do is try a liquid antiseptic on it … if you are in the UK get some TCP and dab a small amount of that on it … that will either cure it, do nothing or make it worse. If it won’t go away, think there is a sexual link, or worsens, get it Professionally Medically checked …
