If you’ve had this for three months you really need to see your doctor for reassurance. There’s probably be a simple explanation but you need to speak to a professional otherwise you are going to make yourself ill worrying about it leading to anxiety and stress. You are too young to go down that road so please see your doctor.
I have the same exact thing 4 years. I had a sonogram done and was told its a lymph node from sinuses. Do you know if you have any bad teeth? Or sinus issues? Also, get it checked I’m 1000% sure it’s a benign issue. Hope you feel better!!
