Hello, I wonder if anyone could help with a problem I have. A couple of days ago the tip of my penis started hurting and I didn't know why. I took a shower and noticed the base of the tip of my penis had a lump. Today while showering I saw the lump got bigger and became more white. If anyone knows anything about this please tell me what should be done. I'm overseas and will be back on Monday so until then I can't visit a doctor but would like your info on it.

Any recent unprotected sexual activity? As you are probably eluding to you need a Doctor to sort this correctly for you, or otherwise go to a Sexual Health Center and they can correctly identify what it is.
In the mean time what you could try is some liquid antiseptic, should you get excessive pain on applying some you can wash it straight off with either cold or barely warm water, or in the shower …
